Brawl Character Match-up Chart

This is currently the match up chart for each character.
To read simply find your character on your left and line it up to the top. That will show how the character on the left does against the character on the top. To see how the play out simply read the legend at the top left corner.

This will be updated once the game starts to evolve.

Jesus christ game and watch and toon link are freaking amazing

Glad I dropped Captain Falcon and picked up Marth. Except for Falco, I can beat anybody with Rob and Marth if I'm good.

I always knew G&W is the most broken thing ever XD

Glad to see my characters are mostly balanced, though Marth seems to be most advantageous and Link() most disadvantageous.

Seems pretty accurate, in my opinion.

Why Falcon! Why did you get nerfed like this!

Now we know Ganondorf sucks... no advantages against any characters

i now have more respect for CF players. only 2 advantages

I don't believe how Falcon has an advantage over squrtile. I find it the exact opposite.

So, according to this list, the best characters are:

Falco
Game and Watch
Marth
Meta-Knight
Snake
Toon Link

..not bad XD I'm crushed that almost all my other characters have more disadvantages than advantages.

The list simply shows which characters have trouble with who.
In most major tourneys Snakes have been the dominant winners

I should have rephrased that. XD My little list up there shows the characters with the most advantages.

I figured Snake would be one of the more dominant winners.

I know match ups are a good reference and all, but lets not forget that player skill over their character is the deciding factor.

that is so true the skill f the individual player is what counts.
Skill is also knowing how to counterpick your opponents character with another character or a beneficial stage to your character.
This list simply implies that the 2 characters are on the same level of skill and how the match ups will turn out most of the time.
But if your at that much higher skill than the other player then this list has less impact than you originally thought.
